I recently purchased a copy of Gamestorming: A Playbook for Innovators, Rulebreakers and Changemakers. It is a compilation of a wide variety of brainstorming and innovation methods that can be used to generate new ideas for all kinds of organizations. I’ve used this for working with medium sized groups to help solve some of the problems my team has encountered at work.  It’s a quite thorough and well laid out, with lots of great ideas.  Strategies in the book vary depending on the size of group and type of solution you are reading.  8 out of 10.
